Sports Update!!!

I don't know how many of you out there love sports... but in case you didn't see it, or hear about it... I'm going to fill you in. Tiger Woods won the US Open after two ties with Rocco Mediate. It came down to a sudden death- and yep, he won!!

And in the world of basketball, the CELTICS won over the Lakers!! It's about time boys! And they didn't win by just a little bit.. they had a 39 point lead!! It has been 22 years since the Celtics won the Finals. Congrats to Paul Pierce for winning MVP of the game.

So now... let's bring on the FOOTBALL!!!

Relay For Life!

For those of you not familiar with the Relay For Life- it's an all night relay walk. Why all night? To symbolize the fact that cancer never sleeps. My mom, sisters and I met at the Weber State Stadium at noon on Friday. We had six tents set up in just over an hour. Pretty impressive for us girls! It was extrememly windy and cold and rainy- but we were committed to the cause, and weren't giving up.

We decided to do this event after my sweet Grandma Dille passed away from Pancreatic Cancer. My Grandpa Dille came up for a while and was very moved with how we were honoring "Onze Held" - Our Hero.

Remember the construction pics from a few posts ago?? Here is the finished project! Our Windmill turned out so great!! The boys on our team were very impressed with the end result- seeing as we started out with nothing but a refrigerator box and a vision.

Although it was cold and rainy, and a VERY long night... we endured till the end. GO TEAM WINDMILL!!!

We Love You Oma!!

Dance Recital, Birthday Party, Dance Recital

Last Friday night was Andrea's dance recital for her studio, Just For Kicks.
Kaycee and Bradee having fun after the show was over. They both did great!!

Marlee did great too - she was a little shy on stage, but always fun to watch!
The next day was the triplets birthday party. Brynlee, Easton and McKenna turned FIVE years old!! They were so excited, and had a blast at their luau party.

Last, but certainly not least, was Savannah's dance recital on Saturday night. She did a really good job!!
